Do not rent from slum landlord at 5423 Dewar avenue Los Angeles 90022 nasty cockroaches black mold people in in out all hours of the night.no heat no air wants you to cook on a small fucking hotplate no hot water.her son being a violent drunk.her mother tries to open the door with a key at night while your asleep.

  4. Do not rent from 5277 Laurel Drive, Concord, CA
    I moved out the end of May 2016, after 16 years. The lease states 2 deposits - one called Security Deposit $1,000.00, which the lease says is refundable in 2 weeks after vacating; the other called Cleaning Deposit $1,000.00, which states NON-REFUNDABLE and $100.00 will be taken out every year the place is occupied for wear and tear and upon move out, she will credit back anything remaining, after being there 16 years all of that was gone; brought the cleaning deposit to her attention in April, told her California law says that she can't call it non-refundable that it is illegal, she said "I don't care about the law, take me to court". She asked me to make 2 keys and would reimburse, on walk through she refused to return cleaning deposit, told her again it was illegal to call it non-refundable, she did not reimburse me for keys when I moved, she indicated that would happen in walk through. I called her on May 30, left her a message that she owes me for the keys and I left my forwarding address. June 11 she left a message that she got my voicemail with my address but couldn't understand it and asked to call back with it and she was sending me a letter, she did not mention reimbursing for the keys, I did not call her. She called again later the same day and said that she thinks she found my address and she read it off, I did not call her. As of June 20 she has not sent me any deposit or any list of the deductions from the deposit, still has not reimbursed me for the keys. She tries to be your friend then stabs you in the back. She also charges more for utilities and refuses to show you the actual electric bill.

  5. NEVER EVER RENT FROM CINNAMON CREEL APARTMENTS located @ 901 Oxford Dr., Redlands, CA 92374. The manager, the maintenance man, the cleaning lady and most of all managers boss/owner are the absolute worst of liars, scammers & thieves. They talk a good talk but never do the walk. Promises do repair only to be charged for it claiming it is the tenants fault. Raise's rent by $100 claiming market prices. When lease expires your bullied into re-signing new lease with again false promises only to find after the fact that again rent increase of $100. Never do they come thru with anything. Work orders for repairs are seldom if ever done. Always claiming they did not get the message, letter or told, even when they are shown a copy of the written request. Oops sorry an oversight is all they can say. Yet they still don't do anything. Termites, mold and lighting are the most major complaints by many living here. Right now many are looking into a class action suit because no one seems to be listening to the problems. Steer clear of these "SLUMLORDS" !!!!
