1845 Rubin St. Baton Rouge, Rohn & Kelly Simon. A brother of the landlord lives here and takes advantage of the situation. I never met the landlord because he has the brother do everything. The family is cheap, and the landlord "just wants to get paid".
Post everything about it experience with your landlord online including pics letters names all of it. Make sure your right first. Every state has different laws. But I would expose all of it within the lines of the law of course. Take them to court if you can so this cheap prick won't take advantage of other people.
2633 south street baker la 70714 Rosalinda farrow is a psychotic woman who call my husband job to complain she wanted her rent ...we asked for copies of all utilities we paid because if we split the bills we didn't believe $200 the correct cost of a cable bill. It a basic cable with no movie channels and regular internet was $400 a month and it fluctuated each month. She would give us handwritten bill for payment on everything which we pay same day. After we made the request for a copy she has done so many things violate our rights We Believe. I am completly overwhelmed at this and have no idea what to do.
